| Email is our primary method of communication to inform families of COVID-19 cases in schools. Please make sure your school has your updated contact information.
Please also check your email junk/spam folders daily for important messages from your school. If you find school emails are going to your spam folder, marking them as "not spam" can help prevent this.
There may also be other folders created by email apps, for example: Gmail has a “Promotions” folder that school emails have recently appeared in, so you may need to set up a rule to prevent this.
Chinook schools follow spam regulations and use methods to avoid common email filters, however we are not responsible for the filters used by each individual’s email provider. If you follow the tips above, they should help you stay informed in a timely manner!
If you have searched your spam/junk and other folders and are not receiving school emails, please contact your school.

| | Alert | *UPDATE: Leader has been ordered to evaculate as well. | Residents of the Town of Burstall and RM of Deerforks have been asked to evacuate immediately and follow directions of local authorities. *UPDATE: Leader has been ordered to evaculate as well. The Fox Valley town hall is in operation as a main evacuation centre in Fox Valley for the wildfires at this time. The town has people manning it as well as food and beverages available. Fox Valley School is not currently being used for evacuation but Principal Patricia Wilde has indicated that the school is available if needed.
Other evacuation centres we have been notified of: Liebenthal and Richmound community centres/halls. Our thoughts are with the community at this time and we would like to offer help in any way we can. | 10/17/2017 |

For access to the Portal, go to "Utility Links" on the top left of this website, and click "Portal". Enter your AD username and password. Google Chrome or Firefox web browsers are recommended to access the Portal, please do not use Internet Explorer.
All of the common links below are located on the portal as "Quick Links" on your My Site page and the Division home page.

The old staff portal will remain accessible until the end of December, but will not be updated. This is to give staff access to resources/files that may have been missed on the new portal. If there is anything missing please email Priya Daniel, Sharepoint Administrator. After December 31, the new Portal will be the only location for staff to access resources and files.
