Public notice is hereby given that the Chinook School Division No. 211 will be destroying all student records, in our possession, for students born between 1995–1998 in order to align with our Records Retention and Disposal Guidelines. 

This will include all student records from the legacy school divisions including: Eastend, Gull Lake, Herbert, Leader, Maple Creek, Prairie West, Shaunavon, Swift Current, Swift Current Comprehensive School Divisions. Anyone requiring information from these files must complete a LAFOIP Access to Information Form prior to February 28, 2023 and submit it to:
