Our final session of Parent-Teacher Conferences (“PTC") for the 2023 – 2024 school year will be held on Monday, March 25^th and Wednesday, March 27^th. 

Once again, we are giving parents and guardians the opportunity to book their respective PTCs online to assist with each family's busy schedule.

The link will also be available on the school website.

Online bookings will be available from Monday, March 11^th to Friday, March 15^th.   After March 15^th, those who have not yet booked a time for their PTC, a time will be assigned to you and you will be notified. 

As done in the past, parents will have the choice to book face-to-face meetings, a phone conversation, or other additional options (arranged with the classroom teacher) that meet the needs of families.  

When booking online, please indicate the method of conference that you would prefer.  If you are choosing a phone interview, please make sure to include the phone number that is best to reach you for the PTC.

Here are some tips for booking your PTC online:

1. Only book PTC with your child's homeroom teacher.
2. If you are booking for more than one child, it is best to book all interviews under one entry, as you cannot book separate interviews under the same email.   This feature is set up to avoid double-booking.
3. You can enter a separate booking, but you will need to use an alternate email address. 

To edit, add or delete an existing booking, please refer to your confirmation email.
