Day 4

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday today to Owen Carefoot and Blake Johnson.

• Today is Miss Mas’ last day at Irwin.    All the best to Miss Mas in all your future endeavors.    You will be missed.

• Library Club for Grade 8’s today.    During morning break, the 82’s will have access to the library and the 81’s will have it over the lunch break (12:00 - 12:25) Supervisor will be Ms. Poh.

• Burger King Meal Day today.   Meals will be delivered to classrooms prior to 11:35am.

• February Break - February 21st - 25th 

• Classes will resume on Monday, February 28. 

• Update from the Ministry of Education The Minister of

Education has recently informed school divisions that the Public Health Order

(PHO) with respect to Mandatory Isolation and Face Covering will now expire end

of day Sunday, February 27, 2022. Starting February 28, all health orders will

be rescinded. This change from the provincial government's original

announcement is being made to align with the return to school after the

February break. Due to mandate changing to one day earlier, masks will be

optional in Chinook schools starting on Monday, February 28. This is an update

to the February 10 letter from Chinook School Division.
