Day 3

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday today to Molly Oglivy.

• All girls interested in trying out for Senior Girls Basketball, please meet in the gym at first break today.     

• Senior Girls Volleyball team will be having a practice today at noon.   Eat your lunch quickly and come to the gym. 

• Library Club for Grade 8’s today.    During morning break, the 81’s will have access to the library and the 82’s will have it over the lunch break (12:00 - 12:25) Supervisor will be Ms. McWillie.

• GSA has been postponed until the school is off outbreak status? If any members have questions, please see Michele. 

• Sr. Girls volleyball finals at ECS today after school.  Good luck girls! 

• SCC Fall Forum will be held this evening via Google meet beginning at 6:30pm. 

• Taco Salad Meal Day is tomorrow.   Lunch will be delivered to classrooms prior to 11:35am.

• Junior Boys' Volleyball players - if you have not already done so, please return your jersey's this week.  Please make sure jerseys are washed and give it to one of your coaches.

• Senior Girls Basketball tryouts will be Monday November 22 and Tuesday November 23.    Sign-up sheets will be posted outside of the office.

• Senior Boys Basketball tryouts will be on Wed. Nov. 24 and Mon. Nov. 29 from 3:30 - 5:00. Please sign up next to the office.

• Irwin School's Virtual Scholastic Book Fair is now open.   

• Information, including the link to the book fair website where you will be able to view a flyer to explore featured books and watch book trailer videos and place your orders, has been shared with families and can also be found on our school’s webpage.  

• The virtual book fair will be open up to and including Friday, November 26th.

• All orders are shipped to the school. When they arrive, books will then be sent home with students (or picked up by parents/guardians if arrangements are made ahead of time).

• Our Growing Smiles Winter Fundraiser will be open until Monday, November 22nd.   Please visit our school’s web page for more information, including our Growing Smiles team website to place your orders.
