Day 6

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday to Journey Kruse, Owen Ruehs, Emma Weppler, Finnley Nickel and Kaydon Cherpin-Davis who all celebrated over the long weekend. 

• Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation Camouflage Day -  Staff and Students are invited to wear their camo clothing.

• Library Club for Grade 8’s today.    During morning break, the 82’s will have access to the library and the 81’s will have it over the lunch break (12:00 - 12:25) Supervisor will be Ms. Burnett.

• GSA will be postponed until Thursday.

• O. M. Irwin School is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Virtual Scholastic Book Fair  that begins today and will run through to Friday, November 26th.

• The link to the Virtual Scholastic Book Fair website was shared with families and can also be found on our school’s webpage.  You will be able to view a flyer to explore featured books and watch book trailer videos.

• All orders are shipped to the school. When they arrive, books will then be sent home with students (or picked up by parents/guardians if arrangements are made ahead of time).

• Sr. Boys volleyball finals at ECS today after school.   Good luck boys!

• Sr. Girls volleyball finals at ECS Thursday after school.  Good luck girls! 

• SCC Fall Forum will be held this Thursday via Google meet at 6:30pm. 

• Taco Salad Meal Day this Friday.

• Junior Boys' Volleyball players need to return their jersey's this week.  Please wash the jersey and give it to one of your coaches.

• Senior Girls Basketball tryouts will be Monday November 22 and Tuesday November 23.    Sign-up sheets will be posted outside of the office.

• Our Growing Smiles Winter Fundraiser will be open until Monday, November 22nd.   Please visit our school’s web page for more information, including our Growing Smiles team website to place your orders.  

• There was a Fitbit turned into the office this morning that was found on George Street.    If any staff or student is missing their Fitbit, please see Mrs. Painchaud.
