Library Club for Grade 8’s today. During morning break, the 81’s will have access to the library and the 82’s will have it over the lunch break (12:00 - 12:25) Mrs. Weinbender will be today’s lunch supervisor for the Library Club.
Teachers, please remember to enter in your classroom EDO Meal Day orders by the end of today. Staff that are wanting to place an order, please enter your order on the sheet that was sent out on Friday. Please have this entered by the end of today.
Online bookings for Parent-Teacher Conferences are now closed. For those families who have not yet signed up, homeroom teachers will be contacting you to assign a time. PTC’s will be held Thursday, November 4th and Tuesday November 9th from 4:00 - 7:00pm.
Grade 7 Swimming lessons will continue this week today - Thursday
The Ice Hut will be back up and running starting today! The Ice Hut will be available to grade 5-8 students every Day 1, 3, and 5 at morning recess.
Lost and Found - there will be a table set up in the middle years hallway today. Students, please find time to check out the lost and found for any items that you may be missing.
We will be having our first Lockdown drill of the school year on Wednesday and it will take place at 11:20am.

Halloween activities will take place during the afternoon of October 29th, at teacher’s discretion. Here are some Halloween reminders:
Due to Covid 19, we will not have any school wide costume parades or assemblies.
Students are not allowed to wear Halloween masks. Please limit the props from home and ensure the props are appropriate for school.
If students are dressing up, they must come to school in costume. The costume must be school appropriate; it should be something that they can easily wear and keep on.
No homemade treats or packaged treats from students will be handed out.
Teachers will hand out individually packaged and wrapped store-bought treats to their students.
