Day 2

TODAY AT IRWIN:. 

• This week is Kindergarten Registration Week for the 2021-2022 school year.  Information, including registration forms, can be found on the school’s website and is also included in the March Newsletter.

• Pizza Day is today.   Pizzas will be delivered to classrooms by 11:35am.

• The SCC have named their winners for the SCC Poetry Contest.    While things were close and it was very difficult to decide, we have two poems that have been declared the winners.They are: 

•  “We Get a Kick out of Thinking!”  by Ms. Regier’s Grade 2 classroom; and

•  “Too Cool” by Mr. Froese’s Grade 62 Classroom

           Each of these classes will get a pizza party for their room very soon!

Thanks to all the students for their wonderful work and we look forward to showcasing their poetry in an upcoming edition of the school newsletter.

• With the warmer weather we have been having, we would like to remind students to wear appropriate footwear.  The playground already has many puddles, and the warm weather will create even more puddles as the week progresses. 

• Reminder to elementary students - please pack an extra set of pants in their backpack or bring splash pants just in case of falling in puddles.

• Classes Resume - April 12th
