Day 6

TODAY AT IRWIN:. 

• Happy Birthday today to Ivy Dudar-McWillie, Luke Dugan and Briar Kupczynski..

• The deadline to register for the United Way Active Play program has been extended to Monday, October 19th.  Information, including the online registration link was emailed again to families yesterday.  Active Play will now begin on Wednesday, October 28th for Grade 1 - 2 students and Thursday, October 29th for Grade 3 - 5 students.   .

• Fire Drill this morning at 11:20am   

• The end of school day dismissal times will change effective Monday. 

• Students getting picked up or walking home will be dismissed at 3:10.  

• Students taking the bus will be dismissed at 3:15.  

• The bells will be changed to reflect the new dismissal times. 

• Beginning Monday, we will begin having Open Gym at the morning recess and at noon hour for Grades 6-8 students.  Homeroom teachers will discuss the new processes / protocols of open gym with their students.   Open gym will be made available to the Grade 5 students at a later date.  Due to conflicts with the elementary Phys Ed schedule, there will be no open gym during the afternoon recess.
