Day 3

TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday Piper Arntsen.  Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
• Recycling – Please place your recycle bins outside of your classroom doors this morning for pickup.
• Could all intermediate basketball girls meet in Mr Darby's room at lunch today after they eat.
• Library Club today at lunch.
• Dance Club for Grade 1 and 2 students today at lunch.
• If anybody is interested in a Swift Current Minor Hockey Jersey, the ones that were donated to the school for Hockey Day in Canada, please come see Mr. Biem.
• Today's phone ambassadors are Hudson Flaterud and Drew Eltom.
• Grade 2 Swimming Lessons today through to Thursday.
• Senior Girls Basketball semi-final game today after school at Irwin.  Please come out and cheer the girls on!!!!
• Kids in the Kitchen today after school.
• 2019-2020 City Wide Kindergarten Registration will be this evening at Irwin beginning at 7pm.
• Tomorrow's morning announcers will be Kendra Shumaker and Ava Wotypka.
• Tomorrow's phone ambassadors will be Taya Lee Dueck and Lexia Nickel Duncan.
• SWAC Badminton sign-up is down by the office.   If you are interested in trying out, please sign up by Friday.
• There will be a pizza lunch windup for both intermediate boys' basketball teams in the library tomorrow at lunch time. Bring $5 to get your pizza. You can return your clean jerseys to your coach at the same time!
• Pizza Order Forms have been sent home for the March 15^th Pizza Day.   Order forms are due back on Thursday.   Please hand into your homeroom teacher.
• Mornings announcers and phone ambassadors can now pick up their March schedules from the office.   
• It's time to show your talents, Irwin!   We want any grade 5-8 student with talent to come and audition for this year's talent show, which will be on Thursday, March 28th in the afternoon. If you don't have a talent, but you'd like to participate, sign up for the backstage crew we need people to help with sound, lights and the set. 
  
  There is sign-up sheets outside the office and auditions will be held on Wednesday, March 13th after school in the band room if you are going to wear a costume or need music to showcase your talent you will need to have it at the time of the audition.   
  
  For talent show participants, there will be practices during lunch hours and some after schools, the schedule will be given out after the auditions are over.
