TODAY AT IRWIN:
- Happy Birthday to Sienna Alexandre, Keira Baum and Karson Bleau. Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
- Store will be open today during morning break.
- Track practice today after school from 4:15 – 5:00pm.
- Grade 6 students will be attending Discover the Farm at the Stockade this morning. Students will be leaving the school around 8:45am and returning by lunch.
- K – 4 Assembly will be held this afternoon at 12:30pm. All parents, grandparents and guardians are welcome to attend.
- Grade 6 Badminton today after school from 3:30 – 5:00pm.
- Pizza Day is tomorrow.
- Sport / Jersey Day tomorrow. Dress in your favorite sport team attire.
- Grade 2 students will be attending Discover the Farm at the Stockade tomorrow afternoon. Students will be leaving the school around 12:10am and returning by 2:30pm.
- Grade 5 Basketball games will be tomorrow after school. The both boys' teams will be playing at Irwin and both girls' teams will be playing at All Saints.
- If you participated in the Band Fundraiser, the meat products will arrive tomorrow and can be picked up at the old Full Line Ag location (625 North Railway Street). Parents are responsible for picking up their orders
- Dance invites for the Spring Dance on May 3rd (Grades 6 – 8) are available in the office. Please remember when filling out your invites, please write clear and include the first and last name of the student you are inviting and indicate the correct school in which they attend.
- Are you interested in having a say in what the Middle Years Outdoor Space looks like? Do you want to help select equipment or design the space? Students in grades 4, 5, 6 and 7 are invited to form a team to work on this project. Bring friend and sign up with your ELA teacher if you are interested in helping out. Our first meeting will be today at 11:40 in the library. Please bring your lunch. If you have any questions or would like more information, please see Mrs. Robinson.
- A reminder to all students - please refrain from wearing hoods, bandanas, caps, headbands, etc. inside of the school. Any form of head-gear must be removed upon entering the school.
