TODAY AT IRWIN:
- Spirit Week continues today with Blast from the Past Day (dress up in clothes from a different time period). The rest of the week is as follows:
- Thursday – Hat / Jersey Day
- Friday – PJ Day.
- Recycling – Please place your recycling bins outside your classroom doors for pick-up this morning.
- All Grade 8 students – please hand in your Grade 9 registration forms as soon as possible. Deadline is tomorrow.
- Senior Boys basketball practice today after school.
- Talent show tomorrow afternoon during periods 5 and 6.
- Senior Girls basketball game tomorrow after school at Fairview.
- Intermediate Girls – Red basketball game tomorrow after school at Irwin.
- Grade 7 Ski Trip to Hidden Valley on Friday.
- Pizza Day is Friday. Parents are invited to come and eat with their children in the following locations:
- Kindergarten – their classroom
- Grades 1 - 4 – Gym
- Grades 5 – 8 – classrooms / Upper Hallway
Siblings can eat together with their parents/guardians in the rooms listed above.
- A date to mark on your calendars for all students and families is Tuesday, February 28th. Coles is open for all Irwin families from 7:00 – 9:00pm and a percentage of all sales will go to purchasing more new books for our Irwin Library. Hope to see you there!
