Day 6

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday today to Kira Gatzke and Claire Metke.

• Ice Hut today during morning break.

• Bottle Recycling for Group C today.   Please meet in the Art Room at 11:35am. 

• Senior Girls and Senior Boys basketball teams: Please bring pencils, erasers and your lunch today to the Art Room to work on team posters for this weekend’s tournament   

• Today is Disney Day. Everyone is invited to wear their Disney gear or even dress up as a Disney character. 

• Today is Subway Meal Day.  Meals will be delivered to classrooms prior to 11:35am.

• Senior Girls and Boys City Basketball tournament today and Saturday.

• For the month of January, OM Irwin school will be supporting local families by collecting items for the new Community Fridge which is located on the corner of 2nd Avenue NE and Cheadle Street East, across from the Great Plains College. The Community Fridge supports anyone who is struggling to access food and personal items. Each Friday, the collected items will be dropped off by staff and students at the Community Fridge. We ask that each grade group bring donations to their classrooms during their specific week. This week, donations will be brought in by the Grade 2 students.
