Day 3

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday to Margo Juuti and Chloe Henderson who celebrated over the past weekend. 

• Ice Hut today during morning break.

• Paper Recycling for Group B today at lunch.   Please meet in the foyer at 11:35am. 

• Kids in the Kitchen Winter Session starts today after school. 

• The Intermediate Boys will travel to Wymark today after school. Please meet in Miss Gillanders in the foyer at first break. 

• Senior Girls Basketball practice today after school from 3:30 - 5:00pm.

• Senior Boys Basketball practice tomorrow after school from 3:15 - 5:00pm

• Intermediate Boys Basketball practice Thursday morning from 7:30 - 8:30am.

• Intermediate Girls Black Basketball game Thursday after school against All Saints. 

• Disney Day on Friday. Everyone is invited to wear their Disney gear or even dress up as a Disney character. 

• Subway Meal Day on Friday.

• Senior Girls and Boys City Basketball tournament on Friday and Saturday.

• For the month of January, OM Irwin school will be supporting local families by collecting items for the new Community Fridge which is located on the corner of 2nd Avenue NE and Cheadle Street East, across from the Great Plains College. The Community Fridge supports anyone who is struggling to access food and personal items. Each Friday, the collected items will be dropped off by staff and students at the Community Fridge. We ask that each grade group bring donations to their classrooms during their specific week. This week, donations will be brought in by the Grade 2 students.
