Day 6

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday Emmie Masse and Jayden Bregenser who celebrated over the past weekend.

• Congratulations to the Senior Boys Basketball team on their tournament WIN in Medicine Hat over the weekend.    

• Ice Hut today at morning break.

• Movie Night Committee will have a meeting today at lunch in the library.

• Bronco-I-Read Program for the Grade 2 classes today during Period 6.

• For the months of December and January, OM Irwin school will be supporting local families by collecting items for the new Community Fridge which is located on the corner of 2nd Avenue NE and Cheadle Street East, across from the Great Plains College. The Community Fridge supports anyone who is struggling to access food and personal items. Each Friday, the collected items will be dropped off by staff and students at the Community Fridge. We ask that each grade group bring donations to their classrooms during their specific week. This week, donations will be brought in by the Grade 7 students.

• Pizza Hut Meal Day will be Friday, December 22nd.   Order forms will be sent home with students today and will be due back on Thursday.   

•  Intermediate Boys Basketball practice Thursday morning at 7:30am.

• Rally For Rustyn Family Movie Night Fundraiser Thursday evening.   Doors open at 6pm, movie starts at 6:30.    Movie will be Home Alone.    Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to attend.
