Day 5

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday today to Cohen Rudy

• Any Grade 6 - 8 Students interested in Toast Tuesday, there is a sign-up sheet posted outside of the office. 

• Ice Hut today during morning break for Grades 5 - 6 students 

• Important announcements for all Girls Volleyball players:

• All Junior / Intermediate girls please come to Mrs Regier's room this morning at first break.   

• All Senior Girls, please come to Mrs. Regiers' room this afternoon at last break.  

It is very important that you attend this meeting.   See you all there at your assigned times 

• Grade 2’s will continue their swimming lessons today and tomorrow and next week Tuesday to Friday.

• Staff Meeting today after school beginning at 3:30pm in the library.

• Intermediate boys will practice tomorrow morning from 7:30-8:30 am. The boys will travel to Herbert on Monday for league play. Go Ice!

• Grade 6 Immunizations will take place tomorrow morning beginning around 8:45am.

• Active Play for Grades 3 - 5 students tomorrow after school beginning at 3:30pm 

• Senior Boys Volleyball practice tomorrow night from 5:00 - 7:00pm

• Our latest total is $7,972.05!  Vote this week during recess for What Will Darby Do? Shave his beard? Shave his head? Color his hair? You decide! Each vote costs $1 and students can buy as many as they wish! 

• Orange Shirt Day for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation will be this Friday.   All Staff and Students are encouraged to wear orange.     

• Pizza Meal Day on Friday, October 6th,  Orders are due back on Friday.  Please hand in to your homeroom teacher.

• Teachers’ Convention - Monday, October 2nd - NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS
