Day 3

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday to Scotlyn Chickoski and Isaiah Romano who celebrated over the weekend. 

• Any Grade 6 - 8 Students interested in Toast Tuesday, there is a sign-up sheet posted outside of the office. 

•  Ice Hut today during morning break for Grades 5 - 6 students  

• Senior Boys Volleyball team will have their first league game today after school here at Irwin VS All Saints.   Senior Boys practice schedule for the week is as follows:

• Practice Tuesday evening from 5-7

• Practice Thursday evening from 5-7 

• Today Grade 2’s will begin their swimming lessons and they will run through to Thursday and next week Tuesday to Friday.

• We will be having a pizza meal day on Friday, October 6th, with all proceeds going towards our Terry Fox Fundraiser.   Order forms will be sent home with students today.  Orders will be be due back on Thursday 

• Intermediate girls volleyball practice bright and early tomorrow morning at 7:15am. See you there.

• Active Play for Grades 1 - 2 students tomorrow after school beginning at 3:30pm.

• Staff Meeting Wednesday after school

• Grade 6 Immunizations will take place this Thursday.

• Active Play for Grades 3 - 5 students Thursday after school beginning at 3:30pm 

• As of this morning, our Terry Fox fundraising total is $7,176.40.   We are very close to reaching our goal where Mr. Darby will have to do an incentive for us!  Vote to help us decide “What Will Darby Do?”   Terry’s Team members will be in the foyer at recesses starting tomorrow selling ballots for $1 each.   Students can purchase as many as they like to see if Mr. Darby will shave his head, beard or dye his hair!
