This will be the final week of Grade 7 swimming lessons. They will run today through to Thursday
Halloween Activities will take place this afternoon. Students can change into their costumes over the lunch hour. The SLC has planned a costume parade in the afternoon during periods 5 and 6. If the student has a mask for his/her costume, it may be worn during the costume parade but not during class in the afternoon. No plastic/pretend weapons of any kind will be permitted at school.
Spookerama will be held tonight at the Rec Center for Grade 6 - 8 students. Students are required to show their Student ID cards upon entry. If a student needs a student card, please let Mrs. Painchaud know. We will get those students a temporary student card. These will be ready for students by afternoon break.
The Boys volleyball team will be playing their last league game today afterschool. They will only be playing 2 games today against All Saints. Good luck boys!
Reminder to the boys' team they need to confirm drivers for Wednesday's tourney out at Waldeck by Tuesday morning the latest. We leave at 2:40 Wednesday to head out to Waldeck.
Fun Blast for Ms McWillie’s Kindergarten class, Ms Nisbet’s Grade 2 class and both Grade 3 classes Wednesday afternoon beginning at 1pm. Please note that the gym will be unavailable for afternoon PE classes as well as Open Gym over the lunch hour and afternoon break.

Irwin School's Remembrance Day Service will take place on Wed. Nov. 9th. If you wish to submit a photo of a loved one who has served, or is currently serving in the Canadian Armed Forces for our Virtual Wall of Honor, digital copies can be emailed to Mrs. Thompson no later than November 4th.
