Day 2

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday today to Ty Francis, Rhett Haubrich and Ash Henderson. 

• Junior Girls Volleyball sign-up sheet is posted outside of the office - please sign-up if you are interested  Tryouts will be tomorrow from 3:15-4:30.  

• Grade 2 classes will continue with their swimming lessons today and tomorrow and next week Monday to Thursday.

• An email was sent out to our families yesterday regarding our Terry Fox Run, which included a link to our fundraising page.    As of this morning, we have already raised $445.00 in pledges.   

UPCOMING EVENTS

• Fall Picture Day will take place on Thursday September 22nd for K - 8 students and on Friday, September 23rd for Kindergarten

• Cross Country Team Riverside Run September 26th (at southside park)

• Grade 6 Immunizations will be held on Thursday, September 29th 

• Irwin staff and students will wear orange shirts on Thursday September 29th.   National Orange Shirt day is Friday, September 30th (no school for students)

• Teachers’ Convention on Friday, September 30th - No School for Students. 

• Grade 4 Swimming Lessons September 26 - 29th and October 3 - 6th 

• Terry Fox Run - October 6th
