The track meet is a go, rain or shine. The only way the meet will be cancelled is if there is lightening.
Track Day is like a regular school day, cell phones are not to be used unless you have permission, permission is also needed to leave the track and field grounds, and school dress code will still apply.
We will meet at Irwin Thursday morning for attendance, and we will all head over to the track together.
Be sure to look at your events schedule before the meet, so you know the time and place of your event.
If you have an event during a race, the race takes priority, please check in with the event that will take place at the same time and let them know you must run a race and will be back.
Just as a reminder, the football field and tennis courts, and the COMP itself are off limits.
At the end of the day, everyone will help clean up the track area and make sure it is spotless before we head back to Irwin.
