Day 6

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Library Club today for Grade 8’s today.   82’s will have library this morning and  81’s will have library club over the lunch break (12:00 - 12:25) Supervisor will be Ms. Burnett..

• Tourist Day is today.  Staff and students are invited to dress up as tourists for the day

• GSA for Grade 5’s will be canceled for today.

• TODAY is the day for the Great Golden Egg Hunt!  The K-4s will participate in an easter egg hunt this morning.  Happy Hunting!   

• Grade 5’s will kick off the Middle Years Scavenger Hunt in period 4, 

• Grade 6 period 5, 

• Grade 7 period 6 

• Grade 8 period 7  

• There will be clues and things for the scavenger hunt around the school so don't touch anything and leave it it place for the hunt!  The first 2 teams from each grade to solve the clues and finish the challenges will get to pick a GOLDEN EGG!  Your classroom teachers will fill you in on the rest of the details!  

• Tomorrow is Good Friday. - no school for staff and students. 

• Easter Break next week - No School from April 15th - 24th.

• Classes resume Monday, April 25th 

• Our Growing Smiles  Spring Fundraiser Deadline for orders is April 26th.   Information can be found on our school’s website. 

• Just wanted to let you know that the Ice Hut will be moving  back to its original location. Classes will need to come down to the Ice Hut during the morning break to purchase their goodies. 

The new schedule for the Ice Hu will be as follows:

Days 1, 3, and 5 - Grade 5s and 6s only. 

Days 2, 4, and 6 - Grade 7s and 8s only.
