Day 3

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Ice Hut for Grade 5 - 8 students today during morning break.

• Library Club for Grade 8’s today.    During morning break, the 81’s will have access to the library and the 82’s will have it over the lunch break (12:00 - 12:25) Supervisor will be Ms. McWillie.

• GSA today for Grade 6, 7 and 8 students at 11:35 in Michele’s room. Please bring your lunch.

• Grade 7 Badminton tryouts today after school.  Grade 7s that are trying out for badminton, please change into your phys ed clothes and meet Ms. Gillanders in the gym  by 3:30 today for tryouts.  Please wait to begin warming up and playing until Ms. Gillanders is there.  If you cannot attend, please let Ms. Gillanders know during the day.

• Online Bookings for PTC’s are now closed.   For families that have not yet booked a conference, teachers will be assigning times this week and sending home the information with students.   Teachers, your PTC online booking schedules will be placed in your mailboxes today by lunch. 

• Grade 8 Badminton Tryouts tomorrow after school

• Grade 6 Badminton tryouts Thursday after school. 

• St. Patrick’s Day “Green is the Color” Spirit Day this Thursday - Staff and Students are encouraged to wear green 

• Subway Meal Day will be on Friday. 

Upcoming Events

• Parent - Teacher Conferences - Monday, March 21st and Wednesday, March 23rd 

• No School Friday, March 25 in lieu of Parent Teacher Conferences

• Teacher PD Day Monday, March 28th - No School for Students

• “Sports Jersey” Spirit Day is on March 30 - Staff and Students are invited to wear their favorite jersey
