Day 1

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday today to Harlow Johnston

• Ice Hut today during morning break.

• Today is the deadline for cookbook orders.   Please hand in to your homeroom teachers.     If needed, there are order forms available at the office. 

• Grade 6 Badminton:  Please meet Mrs. Robinson in her room at the beginning of morning recess today for a brief meeting.

• Dance goes today in the room across from the library.  Grade 5s at 11:35 and grade 6s at 12:00.

• Track Practice will be today after school until 4:30.  Permission forms need to be handed in to Mrs Wong ASAP.   Please be prepared to practice inside if the weather doe not permit to go outdoors.  

• Kindergarten Cap and Gown pictures this week.    Mrs. Robson’s class will have their pictures tomorrow and Ms. McWillie’s class will be on Friday.    Photos will take place in the library beginning at 9am.  

• Hat Day on Friday.     Staff and Students are invited to bring $2 and wear their hat for the entire day.

• Starting next Wednesday, SCCHS Cafeteria Cookies will be sold every Wednesday during the first break in the upper and lower hallways. Each cookie is $2.00.  

• Hat Day will be every Friday for the remainder of the school year! Bring a toonie to wear your favorite hat.
  
  

• Have you ever really wanted to pie someone in the face? How about a staff member of our school in front of everyone at an assembly!? For just $2.00, you can submit your name to pie a staff member in the face during our assembly on May 31st. A list of all staff participants will be announced tomorrow, and Pie in the Face submissions will open in the office on Friday.   Names will be drawn for each staff member and the lucky winner will be the one to throw the pie for that staff member.
