Understanding And Supporting Your Child With ADHD

Dates and times:

Thursday, March 7^th, and March 14^th from 7:00- 9:00 Pm at Cypress Regional Hospital in Conference Room #1

Thursday March 21^st from 9:30 AM – 12:00 p.m. at Cypress Regional Hospital in Conference Room # 1

Program:

This is a 3 week information session for parents with children of all ages. The first session will focus on the definition of AD/HD, diagnosing AD/HD, parenting, and practical behavior management strategies. At the end of this session, parents will be given the opportunity to ask the facilitators questions. The second session will focus on answering any questions that parents had from the first session, provide some additional information on calming and soothing strategies. The final session with be presented by Dr. Gali to address medications and ADHD.
