The Gull Lake Lions football team competes in SHSAA 6-man football. The team is made up of players from grades 9 to 12. Our season runs from the last week of August until the second weekend in October, with the playoffs running until the Remembrance Day long weekend. During the season the team practices from 3:30-5:30 four times a week. The Lions have run a successful program over the years, competing in the 1A Provincial final in 2014, the semi-finals in 2013 and 2015, and the quarter-finals in 2016 and 2017.
