Lynn, using her extensive personal and professional experience, will provide you with practical concrete strategies and skills to support your children and adolescents with the ongoing emotional disappointments and challenges we face as we work through the pandemic.
Her suggestions will help you in assisting your children to confront and reduce the negative impacts of anxiety, stress and depression during the current uncertain times and provide tools to face future problems.

Lynn Lyons is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. She speaks on the subject of anxiety, its role in families, and the need for a preventative approach at home and in schools. She is coauthor of two books:
Anxious Kids, Anxious Parents: 7 Ways to Stop the Worry Cycle and Raise Courageous & Independent Children, and the companion book for kids, Playing with Anxiety: Casey’s Guide for Teens and Kids.
