TODAY is Bring Your Friend to Choir Day!! Anyone is welcome to come try choir at 12:25 in the music room. We'll be learning a new song from the musical Spamalot.

TRACK AND FIELD
Arden and Colt Track and Field practice today at 3:30. Meet in the gym changed and ready to practice outside. All forms will be due at this time. You may submit them at the start of practice. If you have lost your forms, they are available on the google classroom for you to print. If you have any questions send Mrs. Tuplin a google chat

Lunch Workout : HIGH FITNESS.
Come for a quick cardio workout Wednesday at 12:20pm!
9 songs, 27 mins including cardio, core, arms and 16 burpees to the music (optional).
Bring CLEAN runners, workout clothes, and a water bottle to the Upper Gym!
