Day 3

TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday today to Bryden Tait.  Happy Birthday to Nathan Dugan, Kyler Slater and Rylan Choma who celebrated over the weekend. 

• The deadline to register for the United Way Active Play program is today.

• Fire Drill Friday morning at 11:20am   

• The end of school day dismissal times will change effective Monday, October 19th. 

• Students getting picked up or walking home will be dismissed at 3:10.  

• Students taking the bus will be dismissed at 3:15.  

• An email will be sent out to our families this week detailing the changes to dismissal times. 

• The bells will be changed to reflect the new dismissal times. 

• Beginning Monday, October 19th, we will begin having Open Gym at the morning recess and at noon hour for Grades 6-8 students.  Homeroom teachers will provide more information to students regarding the new processes / protocols of open gym.   Open gym will be made available to the Grade 5 students at a later date.  Due to conflicts with the elementary Phys Ed schedule, there will be no open gym during the afternoon recess.
