Day 2

TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday to Timothy Arendt and Drayden Berggren.     Happy Birthday to all the students who celebrated in September.   
• Student photos have arrived and will be sent home with students today.   Pictures can be ordered online at mylifetouch.ca.   If you don't have access to online ordering, you can drop off orders in the office until to and including Thursday, October 8^th.
• October Newsletter was emailed to families yesterday and can also be found on the school's website.
• Grade 6 Immunizations – Any Grade 6 students who have yet to bring in their consent forms, please bring down to office.
• The Grade 6 Immunizations will be on Monday, October 5^th in the gym.  
• The library will be remained closed to students until further notice.
• Fire Prevention Week is set for next week – October 4^th – October 10^th   Stay tuned for more details.  
• The United Way Active Play program will begin for Irwin School students on Monday, October 19^th and run through to Thursday, December 10^th and will be held at the Lt. Col. Clifton Rec Centre.   The program is available for students in Grade 1 – Grade 5.   Information was emailed home to families yesterday on behalf of Val Choo Foo from the City of Swift Current Community Services.  Registrations will open online on Monday, Oct. 5 at 8:00 am and close on Oct. 13.        ​
