Day 5
TODAY AT IRWIN:
- Happy Birthday to Ellie Weinbender. Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
- Today's Phone Ambassadors will be Lauren Hanson and Micaela Pretorius.
- Monday's Morning Announcers will be Sydney Grainger, Dallas McMurtry, and Lauren Hanson.
- Store will be open today during morning break.
- Pizza Day on today. Students will eat as follows:
- Kindergarten students will receive and eat their pizza in their classroom.
- Grade 1 – 4 students will receive and eat their pizza in the gym.
- Grade 5 – 8 students will receive their pizza in the upper hallway and eat in their classrooms.
Students in Grade 5 – 8 are welcome to eat with their siblings in the gym.
- K-Kidz please meet in Ms. Burnett's room today after you eat your lunch.
- Duck Cover and Hold drill today at 1:40pm.
- Speedy Creek Hoops Basketball today and Saturday. Both senior basketball teams will be attending this tournament.
- Grade 3 Classes going on a field trip to the Swift Current Library on Monday.
- Intermediate Boys Basketball game Monday after school at Irwin.
- Monday evening will be a night of Games, Goodies and Giving! Events will be as follows:
- 6:15-6:45 – K – 2 Cake Walk
- 6:45 – 7:15 – Grade 3-4 Dodgeball
- 7:15 – 7:45 Grade 5-8 Bump / 3 on 3 Basketball
- There will also be a bake sale, used book exchange and reading in the library.
