Day 6

TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday to Alex Dattu and Jeramy Pickering.    Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.

• Recycling – Please place recycle bins outside of classroom doors for pickup this morning.
   
• EARLY DISMISSAL – There will be early dismissal this week for K – 4 students.    Early dismissal time will be 3:10pm.   Students in Grade 5 – 8 will be dismissed at 3:15pm.   We will resume our regular 3:15pm dismissal time for all students on Monday, September 16^th.

• Volleyball tryouts will be begin this week for all teams.   Tryouts will be ran as follows:
• Today  - 3:30 – 5:00pm (all girls)

• September Newsletter will be emailed out today.

• Senior Boys and Girls Practices will held on tomorrow and Thursday from 3:30 – 5:00pm.
   
• For any Grade 4 – 8 students interested in cross-country.  The sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board by the office.  Practices will begin this week.  See Mrs. Robinson or Ms. Burnett for questions or more information.

• The annual volleyball officials clinic will take place on Wednesday beginning at 6:30pm at the Swift Current Comprehensive High School lecture theatre. There is NO CHARGE and it is open to the public.  All levels of experience welcome….if you played some volleyball in school, and want to begin your journey into becoming an official, this clinic is for you.   EVERYONE WELCOME!

• Senior Volleyball teams will be playing in the SCCHS Grade 9 Tournament on Saturday.   Best of luck to both teams.
