Day 4
TODAY AT IRWIN:
- EARLY DISMISSAL – Early dismissal for the first couple weeks of school will be as follows:
- 3:10 pm – K – 4 (Today through to Friday, September 13th)
- 3:10 pm – 5 – 8 for today.
We will resume our regular 3:15pm dismissal time on Monday, September 16th.
- Volleyball tryouts will be begin this week for all teams. Tryouts will be ran as follows:
- Tuesday September 10th -- 3:30 – 5:00 (all girls)
- Monday, September 9th - 3:30 – 5:00pm (all boys)
- September Newsletter will be emailed out today.
- Grade 6 beginner band clinic will take place tonight (6:45-9:00pm) and tomorrow (9:00am – 2:30pm). Location of the clinic will be All Saints School.
- Senior Boys and Girls Practices will held next week on Wednesday, September 11th and Thursday, September 12th from 3:30 – 5:00pm.
- Any Grade 6 – 8 students that are interested in doing Morning Announcements and/or Phone Ambassadors, please come down to the office to sign up.
- Sign-In sheets – All students are reminded that when you arrive late to school or if you are leaving early for any reason, please check in/out at the office. If there is no one available in the office, there is a sign-in sheet at Mrs. Painchaud's desk where you will write your name, reason and the time you are leaving/returning.
- The annual volleyball officials clinic will take place on Wednesday, September 11 beginning at 6:30pm at the Swift Current Comprehensive High School lecture theatre. There is NO CHARGE and it is open to the public.
