Day 4

TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday today to Kasen Reid.    Happy Birthday to Rylan Choma, Bryden Tait and Ethan Olfert who all celebrated over the weekend.   Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
• Safety Patrollers – Please come down to the office following this morning's announcements to sign up for shifts for the week.
• Swimming Lessons for the Grade 4's will continue this week today through to Thursday.
• Fire Drill this afternoon at 1:40pm
• Education Week this week.   Activities will be as follows:
• Monday – Heart Map Monday
• Tuesday – Read and Relax with a Muffin Morning from 8:00 – 8:40am.  Parents are invited to come and have breakfast with their child while enjoying a book.  Baskets of books will be set out for families to read.   Older students will be available to read with any students who do not come with a parent.
• Thursday – Writing Workshops
• K – 2 will be creating Claymations
• Grade 3 – 4 – Poetry Workshop
• Grade 5 – 8 Writers Workshop "A Store in a Cube"
• Friday – Dress up to share your culture.

• Today's Phone Ambassadors will be Aidan Robinson and Denton Walker.
  
• Lifetouch Picture orders are due back today.
  
• Pizza Notes for the October 26^th Pizza Day will be going home today.   Forms are due back on Thursday.
• Tomorrow's Morning Announcers will be Payton Irons and Chase Jasper.
• Tomorrow's Phone Ambassadors will be Carter Woytowich and Kendra Shumaker.
• Senior Boys Volleyball game today after school in Waldeck.
• Intermediate Boys Volleyball practice tomorrow morning at 7am.
• There will be no Toast Tuesday tomorrow morning due to Education week activities.
• The lists for Kids in the Kitchen sessions are posted by the office. Please check the list to see which session you will be in. If you have any questions or concerns, please see Mrs. Thompson. The Fall Session will begin tomorrow. 
• Senior Girls Volleyball practice tomorrow after school.
• Intermediate Girls Volleyball practice Wednesday morning at 7am.
• Senior Boys Volleyball practice Wednesday after school.
• Band Students: Fruit and Cookie Dough Fundraisers are due on Wednesday.
