Day 3

TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday to Rebecca Woelk.   Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
• Swimming Lessons for the 61/62's today through to Thursday.
• Today's Phone Ambassadors will be Karley Tait and Brooklyn Dmyterko.
  
• Tomorrow's Morning Announcers will be Sydney Grainger and Jorja Wilson.
• Tomorrow's Phone Ambassadors will be Chase Jasper and Zachary Potter.
• Library Club today at lunch.    Library Club gives students the opportunity to use the library to get caught up on homework or to do some reading.   Library Club will be on Days 1, 3 and 5 this year.
• Dance Club practice for Grades 1 and 2 today at lunch in the wrestling room.  Please check with your teacher to see if you are going today.   Helpers will meet you in the lower hallway.  
• Senior Girls Volleyball practice today after school.
• Intermediate Girls Volleyball practice tomorrow morning at 7am.
• Senior Boys Volleyball practice tomorrow after school.
• Staff Meeting tomorrow after school.
• The first fire drill of the year will take place Thursday afternoon.
• Do you like to share your ideas and opinions?  Would you like to help plan school activities & events?  Would you like the opportunity to be a leader in our school?  The Irwin Student Leadership Team has openings for students in grades 6, 7, and 8 that want to make a difference at our school.  Sign-up sheets are posted across from the office.  Talk to Mrs. Robinson, Mr. Kohlman or Mme. Anderson if you would like more information. 
• Kids in the Kitchen forms are due this Thursday, October 4th. Grade 6 students please return your form to your homeroom teacher. The lists of students for each session will be posted next week. The Fall Session begins Tuesday, October 16th.
