TODAY AT IRWIN:

  • Happy Birthday today to Rowan Robinson, Carter Woytowich and Darren Swindler.  Happy Birthday to Emmerson Langendoen, Ezra Lloyd and Jace Munro who celebrated over the weekend.  Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
  • Safety Patrollers – Please come down to the office following this morning's announcements to sign up for shifts for the week.
  • Store will be open today during morning break.
  • Grade 9 registration forms are due on February 16. Please return them to your homeroom teacher.
     
  • Grade 2 swimming lessons this week today through to Thursday.
     
  • Wrestling practice today at lunch beginning at 11:50.
     
  • Senior Boys Basketball game today after school at Irwin.
     
  • Intermediate Boys White Basketball game today after school at Centennial.
     
  • Toast Tuesday tomorrow morning beginning at 8am.   Please remember to clean up and put all garbage in its place.
     
  • Swift Current Broncos I-Read program tomorrow morning with the Grade 3 students from 9:30 – 10:00am in the Library.
     
  • Curling tomorrow after school for Grade 6 – 8 students.   Please be at the Iplex at 3:45pm and remember your clean running shoes.
     
  • Kids in the Kitchen today after school for Grade 6 students.
     
  • Shop Club tomorrow after school for Grade 8 students.
     
  • Senior Girls Basketball practice tomorrow after school from 3:15 – 5:00pm.
     
  • Intermediate Girls White Basketball practice Wednesday morning at 7:15am.
     
  • Senior Boys Basketball practice Wednesday after school from 3:15 – 5:00pm.
     
  • Crosswalks are designed to keep pedestrians together where they can be seen by motorists and where they can cross the street most safely. Lately, there has been an increase in people crossing in the middle of the street. It is important that all students, staff, and parents use crosswalks when crossing the street for their own safety, and to set a safe example for others.
