  TODAY AT IRWIN:

  • Happy Birthday to Ashtyn Longtin.  Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil J
  • Store will be open today during morning break.
     
  • K-4 Assembly this morning at 10:15am.   Parents, grandparents and guardians are welcome to attend.
     
  • K-5 Christmas Concert is today.    Dress Rehearsal will be 12:45pm - parents, grandparents and guardians are welcome to attend.   Evening Performance will be at 6:30pm.  Students are to be ready in their homerooms by 6:15pm for the evening performance.  The K-Kidz will be taking a silver collection at the door for the Salvation Army.
     
  • Students are asked to please stay off the stage during open gym until the Christmas concert is over.
     
  • Christmas Spirit Week take place for the remainder of the week:
  • Thursday – Hat and Toque Day
  • Friday – "Sparkle Day" – Dress festive in your Christmas attire
     
  • Thanks to everyone who participated in the locker decorating competition, the art club was able to raise $152 for art supplies, which is fantastic!!!
     

  Now without further ado, the winners from the K-4 are... drum roll please….

  • from Mrs. Schommer's room Tate Leshures, from Mrs. Regier's room Taryn Potter and from Mrs. Robinson Kaedyn Jones.
  • For the 5-8's we had a panel of judges from students, parents, and teachers. They chose their favorites, third place was Hailey Carlson, second was Tamara Empey and the winner is Lucas Potter. 

  Please come to the office for your prizes.

  • Last Day of Classes will be Friday.   Classes resume on Thursday, January 4.
  • ​Effective January 1, 2018, there will be an increase in student items for students in Grades 5 – 8.    The new prices are as follows:
  • Gym Lock - $9
  • Hall Lock - $9
  • Phys. Ed Shirt - $16
  • Phys. Ed Shorts - $15
