TODAY AT IRWIN:
- Happy Birthday to Nathallie Mitchell. Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
- Store will open today during morning break.
- K-Kids meeting in the library at lunch. Please bring your lunch with you.
- SLCs will take place tomorrow from 4:00 – 7:00. Please refer to the note that went home last week confirming the date and time of your SLC.
- Active Play Program for Grades 3-6 students today after school from 3:15 – 5:15pm.
- For parents or older siblings interested in being a ref for basketball, there will be two Basketball Officials Clinics being held:
- SABO Clinic – tonight at the Swift Current Comp Lecture Theatre @ 6:30pm.
- Beginners Clinic – tomorrow night at Shaunavon High School @ 6:30pm. There will be some classroom time then court experience, so bring a whistle and clean shoes.
Both clinics are free to attend and no pre-registration needed. It is recommended that attendees be 15 years of age or older.
- K – 4 Assembly tomorrow at 1:15 in the gym. Parents, grandparents and guardians welcome to attend.
- Pizza Meal Day on Friday.
- Hunter Safety Forms are available in the office for any Grade 6 – 8 students that are interested. Forms need to be returned to the school office by Thursday, December 7th.
- When you are in the library, check out the new displays on the wall and around the story area. We are highlighting humor books and some of them have great titles such as:
- Death by Toilet Paper
- The Secret of the Fortune Wookie
- Barfing in the Back Seat…How 2 Survived My Family Road Trip
- The Secret Knowledge of Grown Ups
