TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday to Keira Buckel.  Happy Birthday Saturday to Slayte and Steele Prefontaine and Morgan White and Sunday to Jaden Toye.  Please come to the office for your birthday pencil.

• School Pictures for Mrs. Dyck's Kindergarten and the Grade 8's will be today.

• Pizza day is today.    A reminder to students that you will be dismissed for your break beginning at 11:35 and will eat at 12:00.

• Grade 5 Flag Football tomorrow at Fairview School beginning at 10am.
  
   
• No school for students on Monday, due to PLC day.
  
   
• Toast Tuesday will begin on Tuesday, September 26^th, starting at 8:00am.
  
   
• Grade 4 swimming lessons will start Tuesday.   Lessons will run from September 26^th – 29^th and October 2^nd – 5^th.
  
   
• Girls' Intermediate volleyball practice for Darby, Schommer and Tinant's team will be Tuesday after school from 3:30 – 4:30.  Remember to bring your fees, two $20 cheques.
  
   
• Boys' Intermediate volleyball practice Tuesday afterschool from 3:30 – 4:30.
  
   
   
• Senior Girls volleyball practice Tuesday afterschool from 4:30 – 6:00.

• Terry Fox Run will be Thursday, September 28 during Period 3 and 4.   All pledges are due back the day of the event.

•  "Vote to Kiss the Goat"!!  Ballots are now available for $1 each and will be sold in the foyer during morning and afternoon breaks.

• Irwin Ice Cross-Country Running 11^th Anuual Freeze Up will be held Thursday, September 28^th beginning at 3:45pm at Riverside Park.

• SCCHS Colts Volleyball match will be held at Irwin on Friday, September 29^th beginning at 1:15pm.    Wear Red!!
  
   
• On Friday, September 29^th, we will be having a "Toonie for Terry" hat day.  Spend a toonie to wear your hat and help raise funds for cancer research.
  
   
• Surge Basketball Fall Camp Forms are available from Mrs. Fritzke.   This is for Grade 5 – 8 students.​
