TODAY AT IRWIN:

• Happy Birthday to Mrs. Ramage and Veda Gottselig from Sunday and to Elisha Smith today.  Please come down to the office for your birthday pencil.
• K-Kidz meeting in the library today at lunch.  Any Grade 5 students interested, please come to the library after you eat your lunch.
• Any Grade 7 students who are interested in helping out with Safety Patrol this week, please sign up at the office.
• Volleyball tryouts for this week will be as follows:
• Monday, September 11^th – 3:30 – 5:00 (Grade 7/8 girls)
• Tuesday, September 12^th – 3:30 – 5:00 (Grade 7/8 boys)
• ​Grade 6 Girls and Boys Volleyball - keep listening to announcements to see when your first practice will be. 

• Grade 6 swimming lessons will begin today.   Lessons will run September 11^th – 14^th and September 18^th – 21^st.
• Anyone in Grade 6, 7 and 8 (boys & girls) interested in playing school soccer, sign up on the sheets outside of the office.
• Milk program will begin on Wednesday, September 13^th.   Milk will be sold for a $1 each.  Milk cards are available from your homeroom teacher for $20.   The program will be offered to our K-4 students.
• Senior Girls volleyball team will have their first practice on Wednesday, September 13^th from 3:30 – 5:00. 
• Senior Boys volleyball team will have their first practice on Thursday, September 14^th from 3:30 – 5:00.
• Irwin School Open House will take place on Thursday, September 14^th from 5:00 – 6:30pm.   This is a chance for students to bring their parents to meet their teachers and show them around the school.
• Both senior teams will be attending the SCCHS Arden/Colt Volleyball tournament on September 16^th (Held at SCCHS)​
