- Pizza Day forms are due today along with your money. Please hand in to your teacher. Sorry no late orders are accepted.
- Life touch photos are this morning for Kindergarten and grade 8
- Taco in a bag has been changed to next Tuesday, Sept. 27th. It will not be on Wednesday.
- Lost & Found: If you are missing jackets or sweaters, please check the lost and found located right outside the library doors by the office. This week during there have been a lot of items left on the floor, on tables, in the halls, etc.
- Irwin's Terry Fox Run will take place next Thurs. Sept. 29th in periods 3&4. Students are encouraged to collect pledges for the Terry Fox Foundation which help to fund cancer research. Please return pledges and pledge forms to your homeroom teacher by next Thursday. We already have a pledge form from one of our students!
Instead of students bringing "Toonies for Terry" as we've done in other years, this year we will be doing "Loonies for Luke". Drop your loonies and loose change off at the office, and let's show Luke that Irwin School is behind him in his fight against cancer.
The Pie-in-the-face fundraiser starts today. Students can purchase a ballot for $1 at the office and vote for the participating staff member they would like to receive a pie. The more ballots you buy, the better chance that staff member will get pie'd! Who do you want pie'd: Mr. Darby? Mr. Siemens? Miss Connor? Ms. Rabik? Mr. Froese? Mrs. Thompson? You decide!
