Parents/Guardians of students in grades 5 to 12 please complete the following google form by Tuesday, Septmber 5 so your child has access to a school chromebook for the school year starting on Tuesday. Students will not have access until the form is completed.

For new students to Herbert School a copy of your child's birth certificate and health services card is required for registration. Please scan or take a photo and email to herbert_school@chinooksd.ca or bring the documents to the school to be photocopied.
