Students and Staff, On September 30 is Orange Shirt Day. It is a day where we remember the ongoing efforts of reconciliation with First Nations and promote awareness about the residential school system and the impact that it had on indigenous communities for more than a century. Everyone is encouraged to wear orange that day.
Paper recycling will be at 10:16 today. Please have your papers in the hallway bins by morning break. Grade 4 Recyclers, please meet Mrs. Voth outside of Mrs. Wagner's room at first recess instead of lunch recess.
Middle YEARS
A big thank you to all of you in SLC on the dance committee that worked hard to make the dance such a huge success! All current senior SLC, as well as the new 7's and 8's joining us will meet in Ms. Kirtzinger's room at the start of lunch today.
Grade 5/6 Intramurals will be starting Today after school. If you have any questions, please go see Mr. Siemens.
SPORTS
Congratulations to the girls volleyball teams who did very well yesterday. The intermediate girls won 3 out 4 sets and the sr. girls won 2 out of 3 sets. Great job girls.
Good luck to the Sr. Girls this weekend as they head to Gull Lake for a tournament tomorrow.
Congratulations to all the Cross Country Runners who ran in the Irwin Ice Challenge. Results will be in soon.
