​Online Registration:

Complete, save and return (email or drop off) the fillable PDF forms, and attach both identifications (Birth Certificate and Health Card) to Lori at cabri_school@chinooksd.ca 

If you live in a rural area or require transportation to Evergreen Early Learning you will also have to fill out the Transportation Request Form
