Help shape accessibility in our schools

Chinook School Division is committed to reducing barriers and fostering more inclusive school environments where everyone can fully participate. We are developing a three-year accessibility plan as a first step to formalize our efforts and support our commitment to meeting the requirements of The Accessible Saskatchewan Act.
We are launching a public consultation process, including a survey and focus groups, to gather input and make sure our plan reflects real experiences and needs. We are holding three targeted focus groups with students, families and staff to help us better understand the barriers people face and what meaningful accessibility looks like in our schools.
Your voice matters.
We encourage you to participate in a focus group and share your feedback so we can create spaces that reflect everyone’s needs.
If you are not able to attend, or if you do not fall into one of these stakeholder groups, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback in the survey later this month.
