As the Ministry of Education has indicated, post secondary institutions will work with the Ministry and the School Divisions to adapt entry requirements for programs commencing in the next academic year. If students meet final requirements based on their Ministry-assigned grade, they will be eligible for admission. However, there may be conditions or parameters put in place to ensure newly admitted students have the appropriate academic preparation necessary for success.
The Enrolment Services Teams at the various post secondary institutions continues to work on processing admissions, confirming student loans, and reviewing student award applications. Your students can still apply online and their teams continue to work on processing admissions.
If you need to send in unofficial transcripts please contact your school principal directly and they will be able to email it directly to the the respective institution on your behalf. Post secondary institutions currently are not able to offer campus tours and on-campus events have been
canceled. Check back for additional communication in the coming days and weeks as it becomes available. In the meantime, please continue to check out all the places that Chinook students go. We have posted a number of featured links that will take you directly to the most current information for potential/new students.
