Katelyn Toney is currently the Trustee for Subdivision 4. It includes the community schools of Wymark, Gull Lake, and Tompkins as well the schools in the Hutterian communities of Tompkins, Grassy Hill, Carmicheal, Webb, Earview, and Wymark. 

Katelyn has a passion for learning and rural education. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan in 2008. She ranches alongside her husband, Paul, and their four children north of Tompkins. She loves taking any opportunity to learn, camping off-the-grid, photography, and is a self-proclaimed bibliophile. 

Katelyn is very involved in her community. She and Paul have four young children: the oldest attends school in Gull Lake while the younger three attend in Tompkins. Growing up in the small rural community of Simmie, Katelyn has a passion for the quality education of rural students and believes it is essential to make decisions in the best interest of the kids. She plans to work passionately to ensure your community has a voice and every opportunity to thrive and grow, starting with where it matters most - the education of your children.
